RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY 

Many of our items are handmade and can present minor imperfections/variances due to the exclusive manufacturing process. These imperfections are not considered defects, but part of the unique characteristics  of the products. 

Returns require preauthorization from Heart et Vie.  Please see our step-by-step return process. 

Heart et Vie offers complimentary (U.S. domestic) shipping on return-eligible products. We are pleased to accept timely returns of unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged items within 10 days from the date you received your order. Your items must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes and protective padding, tags, product stickers, hangers, garment bags, and other signature packaging materials. 

Items from the listed categories below are considered to be "Final Sale" and are therefore ineligible for return. Final Sale items will have a noted "Item is Not Eligible For Return" on the product page.

Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable.  

 

RETURN PROCESS 

  1. Initiate the return process on an eligible item by first emailing info@heartetvie.com, please include your Order Number, product and reason for return
  2. Heart et Vie will validate return eligibility, and email you a prepaid USPS return shipping label
  3. Please securely re-package your item, print and place the return shipping label on your package, and ship your item
  4. Upon receipt, Heart et Vie will inspect the item and email you with options and next steps
